Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To ensure every pet gets the care they need, we ask that appointments be scheduled in advance when possible. Booking ahead—especially for wellness visits—helps us minimize wait times and provide focused attention.

If your pet is sick, call us right away. We’ll do our best to fit you in, even for same-day appointments. Need to cancel? Please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another pet in need.

We’re here to make veterinary care as convenient and compassionate as possible.

Appointment Policy

Aside from emergency situations, we ask our clients to schedule appointments when they need their pet to be seen. This allows us to dedicate more time and attention to our clients during examinations while also minimizing your time spent in the waiting room.

We ask that you please book as soon in advance as you can. We recommend scheduling well in advance for wellness exams, which can easily be done when you are checking out with the front desk. If an issue arises and you need your pet to be seen by a veterinarian, please call us right away and we will do everything we can to fit you in.

If you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment, we ask that you alert us as soon as you can so we may open your appointment to another pet who needs it.

Same Day Appointments

It is our goal to provide the highest quality service and care, in a convenient and friendly setting. That is why we accept same-day appointments when possible. If your pet is sick and we are fully booked we will try to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
