Dr. Andrew Martin
DVMDr. Andrew Martin is a new veterinarian originally from New Jersey that has recently moved down here in Florida. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Science from Millersville University in Pennsylvania majoring in biology before achieving his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Long Island University Lewyt College of Veterinary Medicine.
He grew up visiting local animal shelters and zoos becoming passionate for animals, especially dogs and cats. During his schooling, he also became fond of science which further led him to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. His main interests within the field include surgery, particularly abdominal procedures and routine spays/neuters, and diagnostic imaging techniques (radiography and ultrasonography). He is compassionate to providing exceptional care to patients and developing long-lasting relationships with patients and clientele.
Outside of providing care in the clinic, Dr. Martin enjoys staying active by going to the gym, golfing, gaming with friends and family, playing pickleball and tennis, as well as enjoying a wide variety of movies. He is also a sports fanatic who roots for the Yankees, Devils, and Giants year round. In the near future, he is looking forward to welcoming dogs and cats into his household (huskies and Australian shepherds are his favorite)!
